Highlogo LC

Equipped as standard with digital pressure sensors, these devices control and monitor pump operation, e.g. in pressure drainage and alert in the event of high water or malfunction.

HighLogo microprocessor control units are the convenient solution for monitoring and level-dependent switching of one or two directly starting sewage pumps with or without explosion protection. The compact housings (IP44) of the single and duplex units allow space-saving installation inside the building or in an outdoor column outside.
The operating status of the pump station is indicated via the graphic display and an additional LED. The control system can be operated and set intuitively via multifunction button and push-button. The multilingual menu displays the operating hours and switch-on cycles of the pump(s), the current consumption, any fault messages and a maintenance reminder. An integrated event memory offers additional diagnostic options. Fault messages and a high-water alarm are reported via the display and an alarm buzzer and can be forwarded via potential-free contacts. In addition, direct connection of a 230V warning signal is possible.
A high-water alarm can also be signalled in the event of a mains failure by means of an optional 9V battery. In addition, it is possible to issue differentiated fault messages via SMS and e-mail using an optionally integrated GSM modem.
Especially for pressure drainage or for sewage pumps in pump sumps up to Ø 1.5 m, the HighLogo control units (LC variant) are already equipped with a dynamic pressure level system as standard. The two integrated pressure switches are connected via air hoses to the open dynamic pressure bells hanging in the pump shaft. This 2-circuit system provides additional safety in the event of a high water level. The submersible switch dry run protection (DRP), which is also included in the scope of delivery, together with the mechanical motor protection and the runtime monitoring during pump operation, fulfils the requirements of the ATEX directive for explosion protection.
