Rückstauschleife im Außenschrank zur normgerechten Rückstausicherung von Gebäuden
Der ThermoLoop ist eine vormontierte, wärmegedämmte und beheizbare Rückstauschleife im Außenschrank. Sie wurde für Situationen entwickelt, in denen die Rückstauschleife wegen einer hohen Rückstauebene oder fehlender Platzverhältnisse nicht sinnvoll innerhalb des Gebäudes realisiert werden kann. Eine thermostatgesteuerte Rohrbegleitheizung, Wärmedämmung und die integrierte Steuereinheit der Heizung sichern den Betrieb auch bei frostigen Temperaturen.

The backflow loop is delivered on a pallet with pre-mounted components, reducing the installation effort.
The robust and weather-resistant outdoor cabinet, in combination with the pipe trace heating and the aluminium-faced thermal insulation, enables year-round operation. Reliable function is always ensured, even at sub-zero temperatures.
Pressure pipes in nominal diameters DN 50, DN 80, DN 100 and DN 150 can be connected.
Free choice of direction by connecting the pressure pipes to loose flanges or Plasson fittings.
Optionally, a BasicLogo or HighLogo control unit can be installed in the outdoor cabinet.
If the locally defined backflow level on a property is very high (sloped site) and cannot be achieved inside the building, this can easily be realised using the outdoor backflow loop.
The ThermoLoop backflow loop protects buildings against backflow from the public sewer network. Basement areas and living spaces below the backflow level are particularly at risk.
Raising the wastewater above the backflow level is regarded as the only truly effective measure and is also required by the relevant standards DIN EN 12056 and DIN 1986-100.
In combination with our Compli sewage lifting stations or wastewater pumping stations, buildings are also protected during extreme heavy rainfall.
Outdoor cabinet with pre-mounted base and integrated profile half-cylinder. Insulated backflow loop, SDR11 piping, with bolt set for loose flanges (DN80 – DN 150). Pipe trace heating with NTC remote sensor in the insulation. Frost protection thermostat, thermostat for NTC remote sensor and circuit breaker in IP65 housing.
