Pentair Jung Pumpen presents a website that has been redesigned from scratch. At www.jung-pumpen.de, users from the sanitary and plumbing sectors, architecture and planning will find well-founded product information and numerous service offers in a clear structure and new design. Private individuals with questions about the drainage of their building project will also get answers. The new website is modern and user-friendly, with a high level of information and state-of-the-art technology.
Intuitive, multilingual and for all devices
When developing the new website, great importance was attached to making the required information easy to find. The content is offered through intuitive menu navigation across all platforms and is thus "responsive" for display on all end devices. The website is available in a total of eight languages.
Direct links to frequently searched content
On the homepage as well as on all subpages, direct links to the most frequently searched and requested information can be found via the "Quick Support”. This can be, for example, the search for a spare part, help and advice on pump sizing or reporting a malfunction.
Optimum support for market partners
A total of nine menu items summarise the most important topics in terms of content and provide a quick overview. In the newly created "Contact Persons" section, the right persons in the office and in the field can be found quickly. "We also rely on direct customer contact and a professional brand presence on the Internet. Therefore, we decided to relaunch our website and to further expand and digitalise our service in order to optimally support our customers," explains Gunnar Wippersteg, Marketing Manager at Pentair Jung Pumpen.

In the "Products" section, pump professionals can find the right drainage solution with just a few clicks using a variety of product filters. Extensive product information is available as technical data, 3D views, videos, tender texts and matching accessories.

People with less experience in the field of pumps and lifting units can find the right products via the item "Applications". These are structured according to application areas. You can choose between building and property drainage, surface drainage or municipal sewage disposal. In addition, there are direct links to Pentair Sta-Rite freshwater pumps and the entire Pentair Europe portfolio.
