Product registration can only be carried out by specialised plumbing companies. The guarantee certificates are always issued in the name of the specialised sanitary company. Registration by end users is not possible. The warranty extension is therefore not recognised by the product registration of an end customer. End customers should contact the authorised sanitary company directly.
