The number of employees has grown steadily, from 10 in 1934 to currently 366 highly committed and competent employees.
The company has been an apprenticeship employer since its early years and continues to provide motivated young talent with currently 15 apprentices to become industrial clerks, electronics technicians for industrial engineering, industrial mechanics and mechatronics technicians.
With an average seniority of currently 14 years, the employees are a well-rehearsed team and a decisive factor for the success of Jung Pumpen.
